Woo Hoo! I'm getting more space in the kitchen! My wife enjoys coffee
but her passion is tea and fully understands my need for a bit more
space since she has 2 drawers for tea and a china cabinet for her pots
and cups. I'll be converting the broom closet into our new coffee
cabinet. Nothing' but coffee and a shelf for the kitchen towels, since I
can't move them to the basement...
I'm very lucky to have a wife who understands, especially when she saw
my new Santos on the stove yesterday (and I think there may be a Chemex
coming from Santa, shhhh).
Besides, with a Boxer puppy and a 6 year old, we never put the broom away.
Woo hoo!

A few weeks ago I took the small pantry in my kitchen here at the apartment and set it up for all coffee stuff, greens and all the other stuff we seem to collect. I still need more room@@!!?

One more in the club! I've got a Behmor sitting under the tree ... oh I
love her (wife, not the roaster - yet).

Another in the club. Not only does she like to roast coffee, she
loves living in an isolated desert valley in Utah. We share most of
our hobbies, including cooking in a kitchen built for two cooks.

I'm definitely in that club. I know she love loves me, but I sometimes
wonder why;-) She doesn't drink coffee, but likes the way it smells.
I'm sure I got the better end of the deal in this marriage.
