My initial reaction to my Aeropress was that it's espresso wasn't very =
espresso, and that using it to produce an Americano was not easy for me =
to do when still half asleep.
Then it occurred to me to try the Aeropress as a substitute for a =
Melitta (Chemexes are too big for me). I used the same measure of =
coffee and the same 200-degree water and the the same 4-minute steep =
that had produced tolerable coffee in a melitta. My bec is not so fin =
as more experienced coffee freaks, but I thought (or imagined) that the =
result was just a shade better than the melitta style cup -- was it =
those enols?
I don't trust my bec, so I would appreciate comment.

Even if you only imagined it was better, nothing else counts, does it? Just
think- there are those misguided ones that imagine *$ is good... Ho, Ho, Ho
