This is a multi-part message in MIME format. My initial reaction to my Aeropress was that it's espresso wasn't very = espresso, and that using it to produce an Americano was not easy for me = to do when still half asleep. Then it occurred to me to try the Aeropress as a substitute for a = Melitta (Chemexes are too big for me). I used the same measure of = coffee and the same 200-degree water and the the same 4-minute steep = that had produced tolerable coffee in a melitta. My bec is not so fin = as more experienced coffee freaks, but I thought (or imagined) that the = result was just a shade better than the melitta style cup -- was it = those enols? I don't trust my bec, so I would appreciate comment.
Even if you only imagined it was better, nothing else counts, does it? Just think- there are those misguided ones that imagine *$ is good...
