The one in that fits my Rocky is 4.5 inches in diameter. Take a ruler
with you.

was hoping to order one on-line...not exactly around the block from my
current location. I wanted to get it so it will be there when I get home
next month (oh, that sounds good)...

I bought mine as part of a four piece set, Sean. I think the one I use
for the Rocky is .6 quarts. Not sure though, which is why I sent you the
diameter.
I don't know where in the states you live, but they are not hard to come
by at any of the kitchen and bath stores. I know that running out to
Bed, Bath and Beyond is probably not high on your list for when you get
back.

Sean..I think you're asking about the Klick-Klak lid. The bellows from the "Eggstractor" works better IMO... more air movement. You can find them at most thrift stores. Stay safe.

I live in Jacksonville NC - not the shopping or culinary epicenter of the
world...
Would have to ask the spouse if there even is a Bed Bath and Beyond. I
lived there for a whopping three weeks before I deployed here this
year....in fact I have lived in Iraq for 5 months longer then my current
house. That sucks.
Oh well, I leave NEXT MONTH!

Sean,
On the bottom of the canister are the following "Click Clack",
"2010" & "0.7L/0.7qt" (not sure how that's possible, but that's what it
says).
    Google shows:
        manufacturer site:
           http://clickclack.com/cc/product.asp?productgroupID88 us distributor:
           http://www.clickclackus.com/ Retailers:
           http://www.fykitchen.com/Details.cfm?ProdID&8 ">http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?order_num=-1&SKU736484 http://www.fykitchen.com/Details.cfm?ProdID&8
i'm sure there are others, but the above is what i was able to find
in a couple of minutes. and you're an IT guy, eh? ;)
be safe. get home soon. and *THANK YOU* for all that you've done
for us!

You can also get them at the King Arthur Flour catalog (at least that's =
where
I got some a few years back):
www.kingarthurflour.com
They have a range of sizes from 3.5-cup to 18-cup.
I've had great luck ordering stuff from KAF--good customer service, and =
they
sell lots of cool stuff for the home baker.

Well...my Rocky is about 5000 miles away, it was tough to measure the
hopper.
So I want the .7l size. The link someone posted a few days back has several
available which is why I was asking, wanted to get my wife to order one.
NIPR (Nonsecure network I am on here - what you all call the "internet" -
the one Al Gore invented) is pretty slow - so I let my wife do the searching
for stuff. Gmail is about the extent of what I can do on NIPR without a
timeout. Now if they had secret websites, I could get there in a heartbeat.
