Topic: IR2 Profiles For Espresso (32 lines)

I am going more to the Dark Side every day.   For years  I have sipped 
my 3 to 5 cups of drip and with the most pleasure this last year enjoyed 
my roasted beans.   I have been more than pleased with the roasts.  Then 
my darling wife throws a wrench in my morning habit and gives me an 
Espresso machine.   I have "pulled shots" using my drip roast - usually 
a central American coffee, but I just doesn't make it.  I bought some 
espresso blend from a local roaster in Lodi CA, and it seems to have the 
quality and flavor I like.
This morning I pulled three shots before I had any drip.  I probably 
wouldn't have made any except the wife likes her cup in the morning.  
Anyway - thats the story.  I'm hooked!
But now I need to roast for espresso.  I will be ordering some of SM 
blends today, would appreciate any profiles that will work for the IR2.  
I prefer the chocolate flavors as opposed to the fruit side.  Any 
recommendations for blends?  My machine is untampered with, and I do not 
use an external temp sensor.  Just visual.
