week with a fresh pot of coffee waiting for them. They drank 2-3 pots every

was from. The next day, I added all the info. So they tried a Brazil
Fazenda Sertao, Costa Rice Coop Dota, Colombia Supremo 15943 and Cameroon
Caplani Java. I left the a bag of Cameroon for next week. Sweet Maria's

website for info home roastinghttp://www.zigzagroasters.com.Once we got
the right strength, 14 scoops instead of the recommended 8 for that pot,
they really enjoyed it. I didn't want to start too strong to start. I did
bring a coffee concentrate made with my Aeropress starting day 2 and ground
finer, just to increase the intensity. I'm not a fan of drip unless I can
get it strong.
One of the nurses is going to get her son into home roasting and get him an
Aeropress and I had one of the docs ask many questions about home roasting
while he was drinking a cup of the CR. He actually had looked into it a bit.
I'm going to be doing this EVERY 2 weeks with a different department, so I'm
paving the way for cooperation with coffee. I have to tell you, medical
staff are quite addicted to coffee. I might get a few customers, but even
more important, I'm going to change their idea of good coffee one department
at a time.
