Hey, guys.  Tom says in his Brazil Coromandel Fazenda Sao Joao review that
he made one of the most remarkable shots he's ever had with it.  So far it
hasn't topped some of the wonderful shots I was getting with the Brazil
Fazenda Jacaranda which was producing shots that were also similar to what I
was getting using Cuvee Coffee's Brazil Fazenda Ipanema Dulce - chocolate,
caramel, honey..nice.   Maybe I haven't hit the sweet spot in my roasting
profile of the Coromandel yet.
Does anyone have any roast temperature profiles for this bean that you felt
produced a roasted product capable of producing some really great shots?
