Practice makes perfect.
Would you race a AA Fuel dragster in an elimination run if you had only
raced it twice before, even if you were the engine builder?

I did a half pound on P5 and added a minute or two when it was around 3
minutes left. Let first crack stop and almost into second hit the cool
button....
turned out phenomenal.. though kona generally takes a bit longer of a
rest time.
P4 should work too, but might need a few minutes added depending on
ambient temp

Thanks, that's what I wanted to hear. I'm going to go for in the next
couple of days.

Glad to have you back, Stephen! Hopitals are bad places. Lots of sick
people there. They wake you up reguarly throughout the night. A person
need lots of rest and good coffee to recover properly. Sounds like you're
on the right track -- back home and roasting again.
Take care and good roasting!
