Joe,
Right now the main thing I'm seriously wishing for is the truck to =
arrive
with our USRC 8 pounder and getting it installed. Day to day operations =
of
the café are one thing, got through the initial "fires" dealing with
numerous health code issues the previous owner had been getting away =
with,
finally got our new food menu out last week etc etc etc. But roasting =
about
400# in three months via over 500 CCR HT batches is nuts! Plus Bruce =
doing
around 100 RK Drum batches for the mid-section beans of our Ohana blend =
the
past two months.
But not complaining, not really. Just doing whatever it takes. Hey, I've
actually taken one whole complete day off since November 1st! (Christmas
Day) Looking forward to another day off one of these months!
As an old saying goes, be careful what you pray for, you might just get =
it!
:-)

	Mike,
Sometimes it might be hard to tell but I was having some fun with
you on the possibility that you might part with this set. I noticed the =
set
at the last home roasters gathering. It's truly a work of art and I'm a
serious collector. Like you I do have some items I would never part =
with.
For all of us coffee hounds and lovers it is truly a piece of eye candy
Mike.
Linda my business partner and SO is, as I write these words arriving
in Egypt for a Nile cruse. She asked me what I would like her to bring =
back.
I suggested a Turkish Ibrik. What would your wish list consist of. If it
sounds possible I will pass this on to her. She took along a large =
luggage
bag for such things for friends and family.
May you pull more god shots than not,
	Cheers Mike,
	JoeR
