Topic: anohki liberica + brazil (2 msgs / 77 lines)
1) From: Tom & Maria - Sweet Maria's Coffee
i was toying with a blend of 75% dry processed brazil and 25% 
well-rested anohki in the espresso machine - very, very interesting! 
I could probably cut the anohki back even a bit more.
off to india early in the am, then to amsterdam to cup all the 
earliest samples of new crop ethiopias. we have 6 new coffees listed, 
including one that is our virst vacuum-bagged Yirga Cheffe (yes, 
that's how I am spelling it from now on) that is really neat, not the 
brightest but a real charmer as the cup cools...
kenya seems to be getting worse and worse. rail lines between uganda 
and kenya have been ripped up, stranding some uganda coffee shipments.

I did a blend of the Anoki, well rested, at similar proportions.  What I
have recorded on my blog was 60% Rwanda and 40% Anoki.  It was nice,
very blueberry, but not overpowering.  I've been saving the last bit for
another blend.
