My 4th batch was the one that went pretty dark and got a bit oily. Tastes =
like a french roast.. perhaps a bit burnt.. whoops.. But it's still surpri=
One note on my first batch.. Despite being roasted way too quickly... first=
crack 3 min, and done by 5 completely... it wasn't' bad... It was a Brazi=
lian bean and I tasted a chocolate flavor...
I'll try the last (5th) batch tomorrow morning... Looking forward to it.
As for the lab, I'm in grad school (Chemistry) and I'm in my 2nd year. The=
more time in the lab, the quicker I finish... And I enjoy the work, so I =
spend a lot of time there. Plus it's where my coffee apparatus is, so if I=
want good coffee, I gotta get in to work...
Specifically, I'm an organic chemist working on peptide isosteres in an eff=
ort to target an enzyme involved in malaria... I can be more detailed if a=
