For those who need a take along roaster. This one is fun but I think I also
want to make one.

I'm technically inept. How bout this for instructions: buy heat gun.
procure vessel. Place greens in vessels. direct heat until done.
OK, a bit basic, but still... HG/DB is hard to beat for simplicity!

This is page one of the how to.http://www.make-digital.com/make/vol08/?pg9&u1=texterity&cookies=1You can click on the other pages from this one. Lots of pictures on the
other pages as well. Would be a neat thing to do. Anyone else going to
try? If you google his name he has a couple of other things that look
interesting as well.

http://www.make-digital.com/make/vol08/?pg8&u1=texterity&cookies=1There are certainly better designs and methods in the world than this
one, more efficient (this looks very lossy but so is the heatgun
method) and with greater capacity, but I think this one is pretty
cool! I would add a funneled open cap and vanes in the basket for
better tumbling and agitation but it's very cool nonetheless.

Hi
I copied them because I didn't know how long they would let me in.
However I first started by google the man's name and coffee roaster .
*** larry cotton coffee roaster
That will let me in so my guess is that it will let you in as well:>
Most information is on this link which is the first one
*** 1] Make - Volume 08 - Coffee Roaster (Page 111)
But this one has blueprints as well and is my 4th listing
*** 2] makezine.com: Larry Cotton
I copied them to my desk top so have them if this doesn't work for you. #2
should as it is a public library. I like the mag well enough I may sub.
