I think its been established the list is alive.  All this talk about 
"test" - let's talk about "taste."
I've gone on record that I'd rather suck a lemon than drink Kenya.  I'm also 
open to better ways to roast it.  I have some of the AA Auction Lot 707 
Ithima left over because I'd rather...  well you already know.
Question for the list:  What's the best way to roast this coffee to bring 
out the plum, apple and walnut characteristics described on the label?  And 
of course, supress the winey characteristics.
I'm using a Behmor and have an IR1 stashed around here somewhere.
Ideas?
