Just eVac'd a small pot after 50hrs rest. 1.1oz beans with 22oz water ground medium-fine in
Maestro - 3 clicks finer than the drip icon. (About half the granule size store bought drip grind
I've seen in cans like Folgers...) Just barely enough for two cups (12oz mugs that is...) Still zero
sourness, maybe the very slightest hint of what might be grassiness. But not green grass, more like
summer sun dried grass? Not in an unpleasant way. Maybe like was previously described as grainy.
Smooth caramelly, mildly rich, balanced cup with good finish and linger. Especially as it cools a
bit. Not bad at all.
MM;-)
