today i sent back my Behmor 1600, not because i don't like it but 
because the man from DHL came to pick it up.
Joe had already delivered a new replacement the week before,
 i had emailed him and mentioned i was getting sometimes an error # 5? 
when i would go to the cool cycle. 
the one about the D.C. motor.   he sent an immediate reply and then a 
phone call.  we talked about the error,
  then he told me he would send me a new roaster.  may praises be heaped 
on his head and shoulders.
