I don't have a burner at work that I could use to make turkish with  
an ibrik in the classic way, but I do have my espresso machine, and  
it does produce a nice steam. Not as good as a boiler machine, but  
still adequate to humidify the office a little bit when handling  
sensitive electronics :)

there's a shop nearby (persian owned & run) that makes it this style
as greek, turkish, or lebanese with a few minor changes between them.
