I have a work friend who just returned from Hawaii, where she fell in
love with Kona coffees. I have no idea what she drank there, nor does she.
In any case, She has a birthday coming up, and I would like to roast for
her. I have no Kona in my stash, but I do have some Panama Boquete -
Lerida Estate Peaberry. I'm thinking she might just find it to her
Tom recommends a City+ for this bean, but says it does well at other
roast levels as well. Are there any other recommendations for this bean?
I have had a 5 pounder of this since November, but it somehow got
overlooked this winter, so it will be my first go 'round for this one.
