While we're discussing Sana'ani, this took place here today...
At the end of January, Eddie Dove was kind enough to roast me up a =
couple batches of the Yemen Sana'ani. One of them was roasted to a City =
+ in the RK.
I made a great discovery a few minutes ago! At first, I was ashamed to =
see the bag of beans of his RK Yemen roast in the back of the cupboard. =
Hmmm, I thought I'll brew it up anyway.
What an outstanding cup of coffee! Roasted January 27, this is an =
awesome cuppa! The grind smelled spicy and fruity with a hint of =
blueberry. The cup aroma has tobacco, the flavors are mild tobacco in =
the fore immediately followed by peach and an apricot aftertaste that =
does not go away. The aftertaste is so good, I don't want to take =
Six weeks of accidental rest, and I've got a treat here! Thank you, =
Eddie, my friend!
This is just magnificent... There's just enough left for one more French =
press pot, I just may drink it yet this afternoon.
Relaxing with a grand cuppa Sana'ani,
So, Bill, take note. I have a feeling I'll never see those beans from =
you. Patience will reward you!
