Topic: another roasted bean storage question (73 lines)

The grommet valves are a one way exit for carbon dioxide. The gas > escapes=

....I will try that when I have one available.  I can see how that is true =
just by how the one looked that I took apart, but oxygen isn't being 'force=
d' while the beans are just sitting on the counter.  It's just 'there' in t=
he air is it not?  What I mean is I can see how FORCING air from the outsid=
e in will not work, but the air isn't being forced.  Make sense?
