miKe, I was looking over the menu on your Kafe's web site, and it left me drooling! Since Einstein's Louisiana Cafe closed here in Lincoln, Illinois, nothing comes close to offering a delectible beverage and food menu like yours. Is the Haole Q Sauce mentioned on several items bottled that you sell, or is it a well kept recipe of yours? And I also see that you useTillamook, a locally made cheese on many of your goodies. Bravo for supporting a local business. Just got done looking over their web site, and wish their products were available here in central Illinois. I've got a good suggestion for your springtime menu as a special. When tender, fresh locally grown asparagus is available, steam the spears and put them on a multigrain or sourdough bread with either a Camembert or Cambozola cheese, and panini grill them with an extra virgin olive oil. A simple but delicious sandwich that I again will be making at home this spring. 
miKe, my hat's off to you for taking your passion for great coffee and food, then making it your livelihood. I've learned a great deal from your list postings, and hope you continue enriching our coffee mind for a long time to come!
