FULL REPORT
I have IMV C at 36 hours rest and I'm
working through my methods here is where I'm at now
*AP- * Typical fruity clean cup like I'm used to Always SO good!!! (Yes I love me AP)
*Moka Pot-* Much nuttier less fruit but the notes are still there. Smells
wonderful while brewing, bit more mouthfeel near the end
*Ibrinks-* There is a distinctly different taste here I'm at a loss to describe it other than the fruits are now Dried fruits,
the same flavors are there but are concentrated a bit, almost but not quite overpowering in the cup.
As expected there is a wonderful mouthfeel that coats my tongue keeping each sip for a tantalizingly long time on my pallet

*Swiss gold 1 cup*-Classically good cup smooth taster the berries are coming out nicely as the cup cools, Wow this cup is so smooth it is going down WAY too Fast!
I do this to some extent every weekend but I've never really documented
what I find, and I've never done 5 different brewing methods in one day (WOW this is a lot of Caffeine for one day!)
I know that my notes are very rudimentary compared to many on the list but hey I'm giving it a shot

I envy your ability to get such highly nuanced flavours out of the IMV,
Dennis. I hate to say it, but after having so much of it yesterday, I
almost went to McDonalds for coffee this AM. Usually I have a second
bean on the go, but as we were out of town for a few days this week, I
am currently a one bean wonder.
I will correct this. I've got Brazil Pedra Grande -Bourbon Cultivar and
Moka Kadir weighed out for a couple of back to back roasting sessions
when it warms up a tad.

I too, am down to one jar with about 2 days of coffee left in it; that's =
maybe four FP brews. If I can restrain myself today, that is... I'll be =
roasting several batches back to back today as well. Now to choose - =
what to roast? What to roast.
One of them will definitely be a new stock of IMV since I ran out yesterday.

LOL
Well the IMV is my "flavor of the month" since I got a 20# bag I have
lots to play around with and none of these was a first time with the IMV
for me so I do have a "feel" for making the best of what ever method I'm
using when it comes to the IMV. I have my Zass(with cordless drill)
really zoned in for the exact grind for each method and I use a
thermometer to ensure just right temps for each method. So next weekend
when I do this with a different bean I will attempt to keep all the
variables to a minimum.
BTW, Gang are we doing this next weekend with a different bean? I am any
takers?

I'll do it again. Just roasted some Gayo Mountain and some Mohka =
Sana'ani as well as several batches for friends.
I have no idea what brewers I'll try this time but I won't try 6 again.
