Not for me... My parents are coming for a visit -- they are really
coming out to see their grandkid, we'd never see them otherwise. They
really like Starbucks French Roast, so I roasted up a pound of Tom's
French Roast Blend (have to wean them slowly). My wife told my mother
that I had roasted them some coffee and my mother rolled her eyes --
if you can hear that sort of thing over the phone. Got the distinct
impression that they might have to go out and buy their own coffee...
I'm sure if I tried to enlist them in a brew-off between 6 different
brewers they might go find a hotel. What can ya do. Tough crowd.

Can't promise anything right now. It's lined up to be a busy week and that
is with nothing going wrong. Chicks arrive mid week and I have brooders to
repair, drinkers to set up, electricity to run to new brooder shelter (which
needs finishing), etc. If all works out well, I'd like to compare two or
possibly three methods with the IMV I roasted last night. Hey maybe I'll
just brew by a different method each day and then report on how the day
went. Naah, the side by side comparisons are more valuable. Memory can't be
trusted.

So it is written. I read it on the internet. It has to be true.

By the way, where's Jim and Jeff on the brewer comparison? Their
contribution to knowledge and experience in brewing should have brought them
here to share and contribute...
Just wondering,
