In the thread titled Behmor Roast #2 (or something very similar), I 
related how my second roast on the Behmor came out darker than planned, 
India Baba Budan to a FC+, very close to Vienna perhaps. When I tried a 
cup, it had that dark-roast pungency, but still shinning through was 
some very sweet raisin flavors, with some spiciness. It left a very 
sweet flavor in the mouth and my feeling was, it was what *$ coffee 
should taste like if they roasted it correctly.
Well, while good, I wanted to roast more, so to justify my roasting 
desires, I decided I would give this to the folks at work and move on. 
So yesterday morning, I ground the remaining beans and put them in a 
ziplock bag. Yeah, not ideal, but I knew it would be far and above 
better than what they had been using.
This morning when I came to work, one of the workers and a council 
member's husband (I work at city hall now) greeted me and told me that 
this was amazingly good coffee. They kept raving about it, and I talked 
about roasting for a little while.
Anywho, I had a feeling the average person would just rave about that 
coffee. If you have any Baba Budan in your stash, give it a FC+ try. You 
might find it very good.
