Topic: Now that's good coffee! (One man's garbage is (20 lines)

Like any complex coffee this one continues to change as it rests. To my
taste it was best around day three. At that time the berry flavors were most
pronounced. Then for several days I would drink it while humming the first
lines of Woody Guthrie's "Deportees":
"The crops are all in, the peaches are rotting.
The oranges are piled in their creosote dumps."
Now, at a week, the garbage/compost quality has completely receded. The
blueberry aroma has mellowed out along with the other fruitiness and has
been overtaken by a smooth and complex sweetness that is another pleasant
surprise.
