Topic: Quishr Coffee Tea (16 lines)

I brewed my first cup of Quishr coffee tea last night in the FP for 6-10
minutes. It was very tea like and the flavor reminded of the way green
coffee smells, softly pungent. Definitely tea. I'll add the ginger and
cinnamon to drink it the way the Yemeni's do.
Roasted Daterra Farms Brazil Yellow Bourbon to C+ in IR2. The almond flavor
emerged with clarity when made in AP. That graham cracker hint bounced out
of the bottom end of the cup. It's a great balanced cup. The green beans
were so uniform and the roast was even in color.
