Amazing--if I took that long to dose and tamp, my PF would be ice
cold; and 2.5 oz. milk? The machine squealed like a stuck pig far
longer than it should have before making that tch-tch sound (could it
be the low pressure added volume besides stretching the milk?). Yet
he produced a gorgeous rosetta on a macchiato, whereas my latte art is
more, er, Cubist. Very entertaining. What machine was he using?
Looked like an e61 but could swear I saw an Expobar badge on the drip
tray.

And oh, yeah--with a machine like his, why would he want to win a Baby
Twin???

That's a Brewtus and it looks like a Mazzer grinder. The paper clip was an
Arrow and I suspect the Ninja was Jewish.

The grinder was a Macap I believe. I have one, but a different model. Same
body style though.
That was somewhere between macchiatto and cappuccino, though; 1.5oz espresso
and 2.5oz milk. That cup was what I call a cappuccino cup.
