I've been asked how consistent does the USRC roast. Just did two 8# Brazil
Moreninha Formosa batches running automated control targeting 17:00. (Both
batches for Ohana) Roast one 17:03, roast two 17:05. Man pay all that extra

record you MUST have the profile's every segment heat and fan values fully
developed manually BEFORE attempting to use it automated or it can go very
haywire. But once dialed in dead on the money, or at least pretty dang

CCR HT uses.
