The UPS man just brought me 5lbs of this bean today. I'm wondering if any of
y'all have tried it, and what you think of it. I'm super psyched about it.
Happy Monday,
Spinner

I have that coffee, Spinner. I've only roasted one batch of it so far, but
this is what I thought of it then. At two days rest, the fruit-like flavors
were strong and seemed somehow over-ripe, almost spoiled. I was quite
worried about having bought five pounds of it! At three days rest, though,
the fruity flavors were more subdued. The coffee was drinkable, but nothing
special. However, at four days rest (and again at five days rest), the cup
was outstanding! It was complex with a variety of fruit flavors and a nice
lingering after-taste. I'm already convinced this will be my favorite
coffee of the year! I think you will enjoy this Harar very much!
Have fun!
Gerald

think I'm up for some and need to get an order in.
