Topic: Turkish Coffee Lesson (22 lines)
1) From: Coffee
Had a Turkish Coffee lesson this morning by my Turkish co-worker. Very  
tasty, but I could tell the coffee was a bit stale -- although I  
didn't tell him that. It was pre-ground in a foil package that was  
dated February... The package said it is good for a year! There was  
nothing on the package that talked about the origin of the coffee  
other than it was Arabica. It looked like a His mother is coming to  
visit next month and she is going to bring be a pot, some cups and a  
grinder from Istanbul. He says he is not very good at making coffee,  
that is mother does it better.
His preparation was pretty much the same as the instructions on Tom's  
site. We did it with sugar but no other spices.
