Goodmorning All; I am returning to the SCAA show in a few hour. There is a Latte Art contest with a category for non-professionals / home users. Anyone have any tips for me on creating some winning Latte Art? I know I need to keep the milk to about 100 degrees (to get a good froth), then pour slowly into the cup with the coffee in it, while tipping the cup up a little bit away from me?
