There have been a number of posts since the Behmor came out about how the various profiles are affected by adding time before or after the roast. There seems to be a fair amount of consternation as to what is really going with the profiles. That and the fact that the charts in the manual are rather basic; and those on the website are only a little less basic led me to put together a spreadsheet showing profiles graphically. It has all 5 profiles and shows in chart form how the profiles change with various times. One simply enters time information and the charts move around to show the results. I suppose it would be cool to add some VBA code to mimic the Behmor front panel, but that will have to wait for ver. 2.0. At any rate, I would like to offer this spreadsheet to the list.
