Topic: Liquid Monkey espresso (2 msgs / 28 lines)

I was down to 1/2 lb each of Liquid Amber and Monkey blends in my greens cupboard last week. I don't like to roast less than a pound at a time, so I decided to take a chance and dumped both bags into the bread machine. Wow - that's a nice espresso blend! I have since received a new shipment and roasted 1 1/2 lbs of the Classic Italian, but I have to say I'm sad to see that I'm almost out of the Liquid Monkey. You never know what those desperation blends will get you! Next order will include Liquid Amber and Monkey blend that I will combine on purpose.
