I found this link about learning wine tasting. I'm posting it here because
this is exactly how most of us approach our coffee and espresso imbibing
experience. For anyone new to the list, cupping or lurking, the techniques
here will lend themselves nicely to enjoying your home roasted coffee.
They've really helped me understand Tom's cupping notes and flavor wheel and
furthers my belief that coffee is as complex, interesting, and enchanting as
a great wine and you can have two hobbies for the effort of one!http://www.wineloverspage.com/taste/Lately I've come to view wine as my evening coffee. Sweet Maria's coffee up
until noon, and a great glass of wine to end the day.
