Mike,
Thanks for the heads up. I think we will be there around 3 to 4 pm. Mike, I
need to thank you for the roaster upgrade tip. We couldn't pass up that deal
on the Ambex. I'm plumbing it in next to the Probat. It makes it possible to
serve another level of clients. It turned out to be a 1999 model in good
shape. Turns out the guy bought it from the first owner and never used it.
it was run for 3 years by the original owner and retired. At that price we
figured, worse case we could sell it and make a little.
Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Mike,
I am bummed as I will have to miss the gathering AGAIN. Last year my
son walked for his master's degree and this year my daughter-in-law is
walking for her BA. Maybe next year, unless my son is able to walk for
his PhD. I was really hoping to make this one but at least I can't for
a GOOD reason.
Have fun.
