Looks like a stove-top Corey, like the vacuum pots my mother used in
the 1950s. I think it can be used with a glass stopper instead of the
cloth filters, but can't tell for sure from the picture.

That is a new one to me. I've never seen an handle like that. My
guess is that it is European in origin.

I have one like that. It was advertised as Proctor Silex brand. I
can't say whether that is true but that was the advertisement.

Lessons I have learned:
   - Solis grinders $190+
   - Crapesso expresso thingy $170
   - Vanilla beans- the last straw for eBay and PayPal $15.50
At least, Kyle Anderson of Baratza, made me whole on the grinder. The others
belong in interstellar space, where their customer service matches the
atmosphere. [It sucks.] At least, that's where I spiked my losses.
Why bother sending any of my special gum to the Gonifs?

It looks similar to my proctor silex, very popular in the late 40's early
50's. Mine has a heating element that it sits on and a cerramic disc not
filters for the top vessel.
Hard to say not knowing.
