Topic: Roasting Yemen's in Behmor (2 msgs / 41 lines)

To all the Behmorites,
What procedures, profiles and times have you used to roast Yemen's in your
Behmor. I remember a while back someone mentioned running it on cool cycle
first to remove any small beans that may fall through the cylinder. I have
the small grid cylinder.
Any other suggestions you've had success with?

My experience with the little Ive roasted yemen-wise (i have more pounds
stashed) was that first and second crack run VERY closely together, risking
a much darker roast than I like. When I roast them again, as soon as I hear
first, I will be there with my finger on the cool button!!!
