That reminds me:
I have an unopened 5lb bag of Malabar Gold from at least 4 years ago.
It's been stored in my kitchen meaning 80 temps likely have been hit
on quite a few occasions.   We live in arid Utah.
Any chance it's still usable?    I owned an espresso machine back then
but now only drink and roast for drip.
