Topic: Temperature Probe for Behmor? (2 msgs / 34 lines)
1) From: Bryan Wray
Didn't someone do this mod? I'm looking to do the same thing. I'm tired of not knowing what temperatures I'm pulling. Also, it's high time I took the panels off of this thing and cleaned out the chaff that *has* to be going down into the crack. How should I start, where should I start? Has someone taken the panels off yet, or should I direct this to customer service?

What do you want to know panel wise? I repair them for Joe and have
striped them to frame. We can keep it on list or off - your
call. In general, there are 6 black screws on the left panel. Take
those out, slide the panel forward to disengage the tabs, and off it comes.
As for the probe, someone drilled out the center of the shaft and
inserted a bent TC probe IIRC.
