Topic: Intro - Greg in SJ (5 msgs / 99 lines)
1) From: Greg Knepp
Folks,
I'm Greg from San Jose, California. I'm 47, a computer engineering manager working for a semi-major
computer manufacturer right here in sili-con valley. Past and present hobbies include canoeing,
camping, canoe camping, backpacking, bicycling, hang gliding, home brewing and of course coffee
roasting.
I've been home roasting for about 8 months and lurking here for a few weeks.
I plan to send a battery of questions to the list, so I thought I should introduce myself first.
Thanks in advance for your help with my questions!
I guess I need a nickname - we already have Pecan Jim, so maybe I should just be Nut Job Greg. :-)
Regards,
Greg

2) From: Coffee
Greg,
Welcome. We're exactly alike, except for being a computer engineering
manager for a semi-major computer manufacturer, and the canoeing,
camping, canoe camping, backpacking, bicycling, and hang gliding. I
haven't brewed beer in a few years, but I've been roasting coffee for
about 8 months! See, exactly alike ;-)
