Topic: Trade Gene Cafe for Espresso Machine (5 msgs / 93 lines)
1) From: K W Matley
I posted this yesterday and had only a couple of replies. I think I maybe
got too cute with the title of the post and most didn't read it. Sorry for
taking up list space by reposting it.
***
I have a nearly new Gene Cafe (with a two
year old drum and chaff collector) that I don't use. I'd like to try my
hand at espresso but don't have a machine. Maybe someone on the list
has an espresso machine of comparable value that they're not using, and is
thinking
about trying a Gene Cafe.
If anyone is interested in a trade, we can come to an agreement on
whether to trade straight across, or if one of us will make up the
difference in value between the two machines. Mail me off list if you
are interested. Thanks!

Ken,
I have a second Saeco Estro Profi machine. They were sold by Starbucks once
upon a time. That's the one that includes a grinder/doser. Has a pressurized
porta filter.
Interested?

Sorry ... I didn't intend this for the list.

Thanks for the response. I took a look at the Saeco Estro Profi machine
on a couple of websites and it might be too big for my limited counter
space. I also have a Rancilio Rocky grinder and don't need the built in
grinder, so I think I'll pass on this. Thanks again for responding.

Jeeze, now I did it!
There's no way for a user to delete a wrongly placed message, is there?
Sorry
