The Yemen Sananni with 5% Robusta has been my daily espresso blend for
the last 10 days or so now.  It is turning out to be one of my
favorite coffees (espresso) I have tried to date.  It is best with the
City + level of roast and a good 5 days or a bit more of rest.
Yesterday I started drinking my darkest roast to date(of the same
blend) (I am convinced it is around City+) and it is really much
better than the last batch that I think was more like City.
It took 19:30 to roast in the RK, with rolling first crack starting at
14:30.  I started with the grill fully preheated, then I turn all 3
burners all the way down once I get into rolling first, and hold the
lid open a inch or two to let out some heat.  This has yielded the
best results to date.
