Topic: The HTML GRINDER (23 lines)
1) From: John - wandering Texas
As for HTML: Its use is a personal preference - like the selection of beans.
We hack this subject to death about once a year. I vote that we assign it a
discussion number - say 25 - and then we can save all the bandwidth by just
putting 25 - yes, or 25-no. Programmer savvy folks can put it as
25-1 or 25-0
As for Grinders: I too have a variety of grinders and have learned that
owning the best is no guarantee of good coffee - again - its personal and
you need to find the grind setting that appeals to your pallet. I think the
biggest difference my grinder has made is repeatability.
As for Coffee: I still find a variety keeps the coffee interesting but
ultimately come back to one or two favorites - Costa Rican Hacienda La
Minita in the morning - Brazilian Sito Soao in the afternoon - Ethiopian
Ghimbi after dinner
John - older than most of you and still learning
