I think longers roasts suit it better, and slower ramp up of heat.
That means P2. But sometimes P2 fails to reach the desired degree of
roast. If you are familiar with the Behmor you can try the p2 trick
of using the p2 1 Lb. setting but with only 1/2 to 3/4 Lb of coffee.
Watch the roaster carefully, because it can go to dark easily of you
do this, and Anohki has a LOT of chaff too!
