Ed,
Hi. This is one of my favorite coffees and I concur on how smooth
and just plain wonderful it is as it moves to room
temperature. Today I made iced coffee with it, day 4 of resting. It
was a bit cold to get all of the flavors, but still a very smooth
drink. I actually made it for a friend, but had to try some. She
commented on how different it is from what she gets at a certain
chain store on her way to work. (We are working from my home
today. I have two office, one in my home and it is a major set
up. But the best part is that I have a nice tarp type structure in
the back yard garden. I have two workstations there. That gives my
freelance employees an opportunity to go to the office to work, to
work from my home, if I am here, and then to work outside until the
heat gets to be too much. Today is just wonderful and I feel we will
be out there for quite a while!)
All the best,
Stephen

Stephen,
Talk about lucky employees. You sound like a pretty good guy to associate
your skills and talents with.

Thank you, Robert. I really do strive to make work as enjoyable as
possible and we do all love our jobs - we just have a blast. The
office settings help when we are in town, they have a nice feel to
them. And the coffee makes it even better!
