Folks,
We found that our stand-by kettle, a copper bottomed Revere ware one,
has developed a decent bit of corrosion on the bottom. There is no open
top on this one - you fill and decant via the same spout. So, looking
around at what I had that could work independent of any elbow grease,
the Cafiza jumped out at me. I perused the container and there were no
warnings regarding copper. So, do I plunge ahead, or are there pitfalls
with this? Better options?
Thanks,
Jason
