I just roasted two 250g CCR batches of the Gesha using this and the later 
discussed guidelines.  5 min to 300 degrees - 20 degree per minute ramp to 
394 and about 4.5 min to EOR at 432.  Total times of the two roasts were 
14:51 and 14:46.  I need to do something about that 5 sec difference :>}. 
The beans are a nice milk chocolate brown ~ C.  I will pass on the results 
when I taste it.
