With kids and pets in the house, I always wanted stainless steel
kitchen floor with a floor drain in the center and water nozzles all
around. Might make clean up a bit easier. Cindy did not OK this
idea for the recent kitchen renovation.

Tom,
I will say that it is heavy and was a bear to put in, cut correctly
around corners and some appliances. But, it looks really nice. Our
kitchen isn't super big, so this gives it a nice feel of
spaciousness. Now I just need to build a roasting center in it
somewhere. I need to pull the roaster out of the box and get my
other supplies from their place in order to do a roast. But, when I
leave out the Behmor for a few days it looks great with the floor and
stylish with the Moccamaster!!

Sealed epoxy terrazzo also works great for that method of cleanup. The
epoxy is non-conductive too, which is a big bonus if you're dealing with
electrical equipment.

Also, what if you added one of those central vaccuming systems. If you've
ever seen these in homes they are awesome. I'd like to design one in a
roastery and cafe with stainless steel floor in the roastery part and part
of the cafe. it would make cleaning the entire space a breeze. its just a
crazy idea really.
