Did I miss the discussion already? Clock just went to 0000 hrs, it's now
tomorrow. Oh, well
This won't even qualify at the Date Line now, but I enjoyed all my fresh
roast already and did a HG/BM roast of the Brazil Cerrado S--D Moreninha
Formosa.
Bottom line: at C++ (No 2nd), this is a complex, moving taste experience.
Moving, as in, from the Steinway fresh out of the roaster to the drip I
brewed a while ago, the flavor and impression has been really dazzling like
different stages of a rainbow.
"Mmmm- toasted nuts, Hazelnuts," says my Celtic Critic, while I'm getting a
semi-dry cocoa on a vaguely caramel background. It is different now, after a
few hours' aging. I love it, but I don't exactly duplicate the experience
Tom noted.
My note: "Try it, you'll like it!"
Or the Liszt *Ad Nos*, which note did you like- The chord where the plaster
started coming down?
Cheers, Mabuhay -RayO, aka Opa!
Got Grinder?
