Just roasted the WP last night. This am, grassy with some Yirg type citrus
highlights. It may need more time to rest or I roasted too light.
Did the DP last week, was fruit punch amazing. Profile I used was:
DP: 16oz on P1 1lb. First crack at 4:30 to go, Stopped roast at 3:00.
Coasted to City.
Decided to go a little lighter with the WP, as per Tom's recs. Used:
WP: 16oz on P1 1lb. First crack at 4:30 to go. Stopped roast at 3:15.
Coasted to light city, with a lot of chaff still on bean. I believe this
bean looks darker than is.

Dean,
Did about the same (WP) three days ago. Went a little longer after first
crack was complete. First crack was at 04:18 to go. The Yirg
characteristics tend to mellow after two or three days. Still a nice
bright cup.
