Topic: India Monsooned Malabar- 6 days rest - Milk chocolate (23 lines)

Ok, it may be an 'old' coffee or not even available anymore, I do not
know. I just wanted to let everyone know that I really, really enjoyed
this coffee today on 5.5-6 days of rest. I roasted this to a FC (446)
on 8/15 and culled the very lightest of beans. Today I had it made in a
Chemex (60 gr -> 40 oz h2o) in the morning and an AP (29 gr -> 12 oz
finished) in the afternoon. Both cups were amazing! Milk chocolate
with a really nice caramel finish, like a Milk Dud, but made with good
chocolate and caramel! Silky smooth, nice aroma and lingering
aftertaste. Really good!
The Chemex seemed to bring out a bit more caramel, and the AP seemed to
load on the milk chocolate. Both were excellent! It's a keeper for me!
Best Regards,
Ken B
