Knee mills are a model of hand grinder. They are longer than the box
mill and sometimes have indentations on the sides of the mill. They
are designed so that the user places them between his knees while
grinding. This placement affords better stabilization during grinding.
Good Zass mills can be found on e-bay in the 50 range.
